As always, there are hundreds of shows without tapes, most from the early days. But as you can see below, it's unlikely early shows would cross this mark. The first show isn't until 1997 and was driven by guests. It would take until Before These Crowded Streets and five songs that regularly cross 10:00 live for this to become more common.
