LAUNCH appears to have been an electronic entertainment magazine that was distributed via CD-ROM. This issue contains interactive features on Tori Amos, Semisonic, Ben Affleck, and Page & Plant. It also contains interactive music reviews and song samples from about two dozen artists, including Dave Matthews Band. We're not sure which song is reviewed and sampled, but it's certainly from Before These Crowded Streets.
