During the intro to All Along the Watchtower after the "Any Noise" intro, Dave says the following: "So I lived in Amsterdam with a friend of mine for a while. And we used to sell these bracelets we bought for nothing in Africa. And we used to sell them on the street, and he'd sell 'em 'cause I gave too many away, so he told me not to sell 'em anymore. And he just told me to shut up and sing so I'd just sing this song around and around and around and around and around and around. "Well, a little bit later I met Carter and LeRoi and Boyd and Stefan, and then they twisted my world up into a big happy bubble. But LeRoi, who's to the left of me all night blowing the baddest saxophone I ever heard, told me to come out and sing this song like I used to sing it when I was in Amsterdam."
