This show took place in Phillips Hall's PC Ballroom. Other bands performing at this benefit were Johnnies Heritage, Cillia (an improv comedy troupe), Succotash, The Dancecrashers, and Cicada. Proceeds went to the Mercy House charity. Admission was $3, or $2 with a canned food item.

The setlist is incomplete, and Watchtower is probably out of order. Song times/notes based on footage posted to YouTube on 7/31/2012. In this video, you can see what looks to be a setlist duct taped to a piece of equipment near the soundboard. It appears to be 12 or 13 songs written, but the quality of the video is too dark and grainy to make out any of the names (about 10:30 into the video).
