This show was advertised in the January 1, 1994, edition of the Charlottesville Daily Progress, billed as featuring members of Dave Matthews Band, TR3, Indecision, and Alma. The December 30, 1993, edition advertises the lineup as featuring Carter, LeRoi, and members of Alma.

It's worth noting that several editions around these dates also advertise an "All-Star Jam featuring Alma & others" for December 30, 1993; however, it isn't clear if that is the same show as this with an incorrect date, or if it is a different show entirely.
