The September 11, 1992 issue of The Daily Progress describes an upcoming Quintet show as including John D'Earth, vocalist and percussionist Dawn Thompson, Leroi Moore on tenor and soprano sax, Steve Kessler on piano, Pete Spaar on acoustic bass, and Robert Jospe on drums.

The performance was advertised as taking place 6-8pm, so it's possible that the DMB gig in Richmond on the same date happened as expected.
